There are various festivals
in and around Jugon les Lacs throughout the year. Amongst the many in
the summer, the Festilacs on Friday evenings includes free live music
and dancing in the Place du Martray, with food and drink available. In
the autumn a large flea-market takes place on the first Sunday in
September and nearby festivals celebrate chestnut harvest, mushroom
collecting, and cider making. The Jugon Christmas market is also
becoming quite well known. You will be amazed at the variety of
concerts, festivals, firework displays and other celebrations and
entertainments you can find in the surrounding area.
